12.3. Class Action Waiver

You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits against TITANEDGE GAMING LLC.

13. Changes to This Agreement

TITANEDGE GAMING LLC reserves the right to update or modify this User Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
